The only thing that threw me off was the remote for the volume and changing the channels. It took me over a week to figure it out. Instead of pressing down on the button you push up and down. Picture quality and sound is great as well as the layout of all the apps. The bonus was I purchased during black Friday and I could not let this deal go.

Needs a sound bar for quality sound. Don't like the mute icon, or the slight delay when unmuting, or the sound of increasing or decreasing volume.

Samsung has clear picture easy to set up and an improved remote compared to older models. My only issue is with Best Buy the Brick NJ store 2nd open box I got delivered and bothe were missing parts. This one had only 1 leg no remote the other had no ac plug. They clearly don't check before shipping even though lists unit as excellent condition with all parts
