Great picture and sound. Lightweight as well. Worth the price

Good color and sound. Very good value. Bought it for my parents mid to upper 90's and they like it a lot.

Purchased this TV for use in our back yard deck setting. Big enough to enjoy and light enough for this old guy to carry out and back inside when done. Image is sharp, colors are fantastic and we are enjoying our outdoor space immensely. Set up was easy and intuitive, We mostly stream and adding our subscription services was also very easy. We made a really good decision on this one made easier by the advice of our sales rep inside the store.

Excellent quality TV as to be expected from Samsung. It replaced another brand we bought two years ago that just wasn't up to par. This Samsung is quick to respond, doesn't lock up when loading an app and is just a breath of fresh air compared to the other junk it replaced. BUT, why can't Samsung provide the screws for attaching the TV to a wall mount? I mean come on. Having to go to a hardware store to get the screws is ridiculous.

The Smart Tizen operating system is a breeze to navigate, and it provides access to a wide range of streaming apps and content. I love the convenience of having all my favorite streaming services, like Netflix and Disney+, right at my fingertips. The TV's quick response time and user-friendly interface make it a joy to use. This is an older model Samsung and there wasn’t a lot available but it’s perfect for my home office. The picture quality and the speaker are both very good and unlike my older Samsung (a 2016 4k) this unit can download Bally Sports without a Firestick or Roku. Price was right so very happy with the purchase.

I’m giving this a 5star because of the customer service I received from a young man that helped me right before Xmas he was we’ll versed in the TV I purchased and helped me compare to the other ones to make a good decision for myself.This Tv was given to my grandson so not sure yet what he’s thinking bu5 I know he’s real happy to have it to play viedos thank you happ6 customer
