Excellent picture with minimal settings available and overly simplified remote. Great for the room it was bought for.

Perfect size for my entertainment center, a good gaming boost when in game mode on my Xbox one. Internet access, and ability to add and sync music apps. Great value. 4k and adaptive to Bluetooth and streaming. Added a 3.1 400 watt Samsung speaker system.

Both my kids went off to college and needed a simple TV for down time Gaming or Movie night. These have worked flawlessly. Couldn't ask for better for the price.

Ive had this tv for about 2 years now. Its a great affordable choice for a smart T.V, the UI is easy to navigate and the quailty is sharp. If your in the market for a good smart T.V id definitely comsider this option.

This is the perfect size for the room, 13x15, mounted on the wall. I wrapped the cord with white electrical tape and placed a vase with fake pampas grass in front of the plug and it looks great. Picture is more than a asked for. Takes a while to learn the menu system.

Sick TV. Colors: great (slightly wonky from the side but not noticeable in day-to-day use). Brightness: great. Sound: great (I thought we would upgrade the sound w speakers/soundbar, but didn't really need to for casual viewing).

While I haven't used the TV a lot since I purchased it as I was on vacation for 3 of the weeks. I do notice the picture is very bright and has much better detail than I previously had. But the TV it replaced was very old. No complaints yet, but I really haven't used any "smart" applications for it yet.

Samsung is a trusted and good TV. I enjoyed the set after I configured the TV to go directly to my cable company's format. with the purchase of the soundbar it has been great.

From my in store purchase of my T.V.,mounting accessory, roku salesperson was excellent and knowledgeable, and when serviceman came to install and mount and set everything up for me was very helpful and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Best buy awesome job everyone

The product is good for the price. Exceeded my expectations. You can cast Apple devices or Android through Chromecast. You can use it as a PC monitor since it has a PC mode. Software has many features. The only flaw is some vertical white lines in dark scenes which can be annoying but not something that ruins your experience.

The tv is fine. It has a good picture and sound. Its smart features work pretty well. My two problems are that Discovery Plus is not one of the installed apps so I have to search for it when I want to watch one of its programs. The other is that about half the time when I turn it off, it will come back on. Then I have to press the power button to turn it fully on and then press the power button to finally turn it off.
