I got this tv specifically for a kid room and since it works well with apps, I need one less cable box, lowering my cable bill. It also has a well defined picture and nice sound. Perfect for a den, study, or kid area!

Very nice size for my home office. Great picture and audio...when it chooses to have sound. Unfortunately, it frequently loses its settings. This mutes all audio and I have to go through a number of convoluted steps to regain audio. Checking for system updates does not seem to correct this, nor does re-pairing the remote. After 15 months of frequently muted TV, I've become somewhat of a lip reader and yes, I have the captions on too! I believe the TV has an issue requiring further inspection, so I've requested a Best Buy in home service tech to come this week and see if they can repair. If not, it's obviously time to move on with another brand/model.

I purchased this TV a couple of years ago and while the image quality is amazing, the software leaves much to be desired. AirPlay doesn’t work most of the time, and there seems to be no way to fix it. It’s disappointing that such a great display is paired with unreliable software.

I'm always happy with the Samsung Tvs, devices, and products. Bought this one for my son as a smaller bedroom tv. Does exactly what we need it to do. Was well priced, performance is good, colors are good. We both are happy with the purchase. Thank you for having them amazing sale prices! We buy all our electronics from Best Buy.

Whenever I'm in the market for a new Television. I always go with a Samsung. Guaranteed a good picture quality and friendly user interface all for a reasonable price. I've had my 4K original in my room going on 7 years already.

This tv is perfect for a small room. I also love that it has Samsung TV on it, and also that you can play video games on it. Those extra features are why Samsung is my favorite tv brand.

Great picture has an amp feature for sound that is cool if you’re not using Bluetooth. The receiver picks up a lot mor channel’s than other brands. Very well thought out user friendly. I’m impressed with it. For the price it is amazing !!!

This TV is a great value. I don't understand why people spend thousands of dollars on a TV. This has great picture and sound quality and has all of the apps you need - Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

Great TV. We love the picture and the smart features are very easy to use. It also has good sound as we do not have this TV connected to a sound bar. Only two negatives: by far the worst is that the TV does not work well with DirecTV remotes, and I would prefer that the Samsung remote had numerals for entering channels.

Great TV overall. Wish the remote had a separate button for the "Mute" instead of having to use the Volume control. Volume is toggled up or down. Mute is a press down on same Volume button.

It has a beautiful picture! However, if you don't register an account with Samsung or Google, the TV will disable all features, including the use of the remote control. This will force you to get a universal remote in order to adjust the volume, change channels, or change inputs.

I like the graphics and picture on the tv and how slim the remote is nice and simple plus you can even play games on it and search the web that’s pretty awesome too and it works great with my Samsung sound bar too 10/10 recommend
