It is crystal clear, has like 60fps, awesome streaming apps to watch, and has great sharper picture. I can also watch news on the Samsung tv plus. I am so happy to enjoy this.

It is a little complicated to figure out all of the functions, and the volume button needs improvement. It does glitch out occasionally. But for the most part, we are really enjoying this TV and we are very glad we bought it.

I had an older Samsung but wanted to upgrade to 4k and I'm so happy I did. The picture is so sharp. I also got a sound bar and it really enhanced the sound, not that it needed enhancing but I got it for sports.

Previous Samsung I had it at 15, which was a normal volume. This TV i have to put it up to about 28-30 for it to sound normal. I've also had to call to troubleshoot on why my prime goes out. They had to reset it twice after having it for 2 month's. Otherwise, picture is good quality, and I do like Samsung.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

Hook up was easy It is a Smart Tv which now means Set up is more demanding than a"dumb TV"be ready with the paswords for your router, streaming services etc for full set up and fewer ads to get more services

It is an outstanding 4k television with an excellent picture quality. Very easy to set up and if you live in the Samsung ecosystem, your apps from the other tv's automatically appear if you sync up. Can't go wrong with this one.

We have found it difficult to navigate at times. It suddenly would not connect to our cable. It took several Days of trying to fix it over the phone, When Samsung and Xfinity couldn't fix over the phone, Xfinity finally sent a tech out and he was able to figure it out. UGH
