Purchased the unit as an addition to the office. Crisp colors and great sound. Highly recommended for use in a limited space room such as a home office or playroom.

The set-up included the team showing me how to use my old (samsung) remote with the new TV. I am familiar with my old one, which is also larger and easier to use.

Cost was great especially after the old one went out right after Christmas!! People at Best Buy were easy to deal with !!

Some DVD players, etc. will need an adaptor to connect. I use a sound bar to push the sound forward but, the TV still sounds good without it. Overall, I am pleased with this smart TV.

Wow! what a great picture. The only issue is the longer she watches it the higher the volume has to be. Had her try deleting some of her apps and see if that helps.

A little more direction on how to use the remote would be helpful. Had to troubleshoot the remote so I could explain to my husband how to use it.
