Great TV

Everything is great. Only downside was that I keep having to uninstall Netflix and reinstalling it due to it being stuck on the loading screen. Also, it could be louder. The volume is mediocre at best. Other than that, awesome tv.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Finally, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.
1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.
2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

The remote is different, no numbers just touch remote(all buttons) like a sound bar remote. It’s smaller better grip. Various apps included. Not complicated to navigate.

Can't say anything negative about it because this TV has everything and I love that it can be used for gaming. has every app for streaming, games, music apps, some are already installed that is Samsung related, I can start a show on my tablet (Galaxy Tab S8) and continue on the TV. I don't have anything bad to say about this TV. obviously I like the crystal uhd because I got 2 of them

Remotes issues

We get pictures with no sound. Many times we have to futz with both remotes for 20 minutes before we get sound. When we to leave the house to run errands we do not turn off the tv as the frustration factor is too high!

1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
1) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.
2) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.
