Image quality and processing is great. Performance is about average but not too slow. Interface could be better, I just didn't like how many steps you'd have to take to get to the inputs.

Remotes issues

We get pictures with no sound. Many times we have to futz with both remotes for 20 minutes before we get sound. When we to leave the house to run errands we do not turn off the tv as the frustration factor is too high!

We appreciate you sharing details of the sound issue you’re experiencing on your CU7000 TV. There are a few troubleshooting steps I recommend trying when having issues with sound on your Samsung TV when using your Roku device.
1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.
1) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Output.
2) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto.

It was a great bargain, too.
