Missing remote

The TV is great but the remote was missing. With excellent condition everything in original box is supposed to be included. I called best buy and was told I would have to return the entire item.

I can also access the Samsung app on my iPhone for this TV’s remote control in addition to the remote that came with it. That’s very nice to have should the remote that came with it wear out in time or on the occasions that I will most likely temporarily misplace it. Either way, I will never have the need to buy a replacement remote control.
