Remote has a couple ro ker switches for volume and channel selection with took a bit to get used to. Best Buy disposed of our failed TV.

Everything about it is “Absolutely beautiful”. From the slim minimalistic remote down to the elegant display, this 43” Samsung CU7000 has proven to be wonderful purchase. It’s only been a couple days using this TV and the only downside I’ve seen so far is how hot the rear side gets after an hour or two. Overall, great purchase..
