We're still with Spectrum, for now, and this gets their app. Works flawlessly, plenty bright when turned up so easily visible in the bright room. My only complaint would be that it doesn't turn on to the last used app or show it where it's easily scrolled to. I always have to search for the Spectrum app. It's not like that on our other Samsung TVs. Bought on sale so price was fair for a quality TV

We appreciate your purchase and feedback. Please ensure your Last App feature is enabled so that it will utilize the last used app when you turn on your TV. To do so, go to Settings > All Settings> General > Smart Features > Autorun Smart Hub> Enable the Autorun Smart Hub feature, then go to 3) Navigate to Settings > General > Smart Features > Autorun Last App> Enable.
