TV is great, but open box description was way off. It didn't have any stand for the TV and had to hardware for a wall mount either. Remote control batteries were also missing. 2nd time I have been burned with open box purchases. Don't bother with open box items, quality control is non existent. Just purchase the normal product

This is a great television. It is almost OLED quality picture. The remote is small and voice enabled. I use Wi-Fi to connect to the streaming packages. Fast connection and easy to operate. Would buy again. Actually, I did! I bought two of them! Best Buy has great Samsung TVs at great prices.

I recently purchased a 40" Samsung LED Smart TV, and it's been a great addition to my home. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, making shows and movies look fantastic. The smart features are easy to use, providing quick access to apps like Netflix and YouTube. Sound quality is decent, but pairing it with a soundbar enhanced the audio experience. Setup was simple, and the TV's slim design fits perfectly in my small living room. Overall, it's an excellent TV for its size and price, ideal for smaller spaces or as a secondary TV. Highly recommended!

This tv has a real nice picture! Sadly the little junky remote control is horrible! If you barely touch the remote control it keeps changing to everything else! Theres Disney button on it and other app buttons and its just horrible because it keeps changing if you barely do anything! I even had it laying on my bed and if something hits it or goes near it,it changes to,and the sound on this is really bad! You gotta either turn the sound all the way up to around 70 just to be able to hear the minimum! Definitely need a sound bar with it! Other than that it has a great picture

The TV quality is great. Love the thin design especially with a low profile wall mount. The remote is quick and easy to use yet only one downside when you have to switch video sources. Other than that Netflix and other streaming services that are preinstalled on the tv work flawlessly. Definitely a nice buy!

Fantastic value for the money. Thanks to super-thin bezels it has the same footprint as my old 40 inch TV, plus the interface is much better. The remote is not great, basically set up for streaming only so if you have a Samsung remote from your old tv keep it. But the picture is excellent, 4K content , whether streaming or on disc looks great.

We needed a "smaller" TV for the wall in a bedroom. The 43" was perfect and i was impressed with the high quality picture quality it provides. We have two other Samsung TV's and have always been a fan, good quality and easy to use.

We’ve had this TV for a year and a half, and it’s still quite good. Nice picture quality with useful “modes”. The built-in sound/ speakers are not great so we use a Yamaha sound bar. Without the sound bar, we had to turn the volume up high to hear voices and down again during action or music sequences. That’s true of most TVs nowadays and the soundbar helps. It does have an eARC. The streaming performance, processor, and buffering speed are all still pretty good. One drawback is the Samsung interface has a bit of a learning curve, especially for my 70 year old mom. Even I forget how to add/delete apps or adjust certain internet settings if I haven’t done it in a while. It’s not intuitive. A recent platform/interface update was pushed out around January 2025 and after that some of our apps (Apple TV, Hulu) stopped working correctly (shows wouldn’t load or would freeze 15 min into an episode). Removing and reinstalling the individual apps and waiting for the apps themselves to push updates ultimately resolved the issues. I like the sleek solar battery remote but wish it had number buttons for entering specific channels. We don’t always remember to put the solar remote face up in the sunlight as instructed, but it hasn’t died on us yet! One annoying thing: if you use a digital antennae and over-the-air local channels, it forgets them every few weeks and you have to reprogram the channels. It doesn’t take long but can be annoying. Overall for the size and price, this is a solid, quality, mid-tier TV. You can often find good prices on sale for this model. I considered buying the newer Samsung DU8000 model when our bigger family-room TV died earlier this year, but for us, the sound was a dealbreaker. Buying a new big screen TV AND a pricey soundbar weren’t in the budget. If you already have or are planning to get a soundbar, then this Samsung and the newer 2024 and 2025 DU8000 models are a good choice.

The TV itself is beautiful. The image is vibrant and everything you expect from Samsung. The only downside is the remote control. With unintuitive buttons, and no easy way to change volume or inputs, it’s severely lacking in functionality. Using voice control isn’t always practical or desirable…

After careful & exhaustive research I decided to purchase the Samsung 43" Class CU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV and I am delighted I did! Perfect size, crystal clear picture, good sound - I made the right choice.

great picture. works so well with my aid pods; don't have to sign them in each time I use them. still learning how to navigate the remote. it is solar powered; so very cool!

EXCELLENT COLOR! Wish the font on CC were a bit larger. The remote does not have numbers for channel selection and for me this is a negative.

Great TV for the price. Slimmer than most that size for the money. Fully featured. We installed it in our home office and enjoy it.
