    So far so good ! Had to finally breakdown and replace two ANCIENT TV's.... never had smart TV's before so wanted something uncomplicated and I like Samsung products so went with two samsung TV's Thank God for the Geek squad helping me in my purchase and installation!!!

    We are a Samsung family with a dozen products. Samsung has entered the game trying to take control of what you watch and how you get to your programming. Two legacy TVs in our house have suffered from upgraded software and this new 2024 has taken Samsung to new lows.

For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your DU8000 TV. You can check this by going to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

    This is my third Samsung TV. My last one stopped working after 8 years of nightly use. My new 43 “ is perfect and has many new Apps and features. I’m enjoying the upgrade!

    tv has a great picture, but the set up was to complicated for a boomer like me. also needs a sound bar as others have said. over all pleased with the tv and really pleased with how the manager and associate helped me .

    Positive: Head on the colors are great, extra HDMI feed, smart TV Negative: From the side the colors are washed out, there aren’t any RCA connections
