This is my 5th one. All remotes are similar and very easy to use. Customer service is great and always there when needed.

I bought another Samsung recently and being a newer model it has a few improvements on the remote that I like

Great as a monitor!

It frees up desk space and I find it better for my posture to be looking straight ahead instead of down at a small laptop monitor.

The 7 series will help for people such as myself who stream there programs. Hulu, Netflix, Disney + . The older models lag and they corrected it on the 7 series.

It’s a solid TV, not the least, not the best. Great option if you’re looking to upgrade from a lesser TV.

Exactly what we were looking for

Received great assistance every time we came into the store. Fortunately, we found what we wanted just before the "stay at home" order went into affect.

The digital antenna reciever does not work as well as our old tv so we lost a few channels, but this being a smart tv makes up for it.

It also supports a wide variety of streaming services that are limited by other brands of TVs. Overall, it is a quality TV that does not require a lot of investment.
