Very pleased with sales person who was very helpful and efficient. Samsung TV is what I wanted and size, inclusions available. Delivery, set-up and take away of old TV were all done quickly. Driver/tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and performed all services perfectly.

This is a great television. I was debating between this one and a LG. I went with the this one instead because I've always purchase Samsung items. They always seem to live up to the expectations that are expected and have not let me down, yet. *knocks on wood*

This 43" replaced my 40" Samsung which started having issues. Im veer pleased with my upgrade replacement. Better visual quality and features.

We love the new TV. It has a great picture. Very crisp and clear.

Installation was rating 1-5 . One being hard to figure out and 5 very easy. I give 4. Setup was a bit more challenging I give it a 3. Picture quality 3 1/2. Setting up other devices on Tv I give a 3. If you are hanging tv on wall you have to plug in all your desired cables before hanging on the wall. Navigating Apps is easy enough I will give that 4.

This is the second and the last Samsung 43 inch 4K UHD Smart Television I will ever purchase. The picture quality is superb but what good is that if the tv doesn’t last 18 months !!!!! Again this TV has screen or motherboard failure after 18 months, the first one lasted 14 months with the same problems !! This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!! Plus Samsung customer service department offered NO acceptable solution to my problem ( labor cost were just as much as a new tv) !!!???

This Samsung 43” TV doesn’t have IPS technology, therefore side viewing is limited to almost non existent. If viewing straight on the picture is beautiful. However try and view while seated angled in the room and you will not be satisfied. Picture becomes completely washed out with almost no color. Do your research and test viewing in person at the store or verify specifications. I will be returning TV and buy a Sony 800 or 900 series.

Just unpacked and hung on wall, good video display and selection of streaming service apps! The negative thing is the box I selected was evidently opened before, the remote had the batteries installed, the package wrapping was opened and mounting screws were missing! Paid $299 for the set and it should have been marked as open box! Poor play BB!

Great television! It came in an expedient fashion, on the day projected. The television is in immaculate condition. We love it! Also, we purchased this tv used and again... we love, love, love!
