    The product is fine. The Best Buy points system is a joke: they expire before I can use them. That's why I shop elsewhere when I have the opportunity

    Nice tv for the price. I do have an issue that sometimes k have to unplug Ethel tv to get the signal for the smart tv

    I got this brand for its reliability. It costs a little more than the LG and Vizio that I have, but the Wi-fi on those died shortly after their warranty.

    samsung app frequently loses connection. the remote has very tiny buttons and the set up is not intuitive. I' m still trying to connect my indoor antenna
