After 3 weeks, only sound and no picture.

After the first three weeks, there was suddenly no picture on the tv, only sound.
I called Best Buy. They referred me to Samsung.
Spoke with someone from Samsung and we tried to reset it by unplugging it from the electrical outlet. It still did not work. They schedule a technician to come and check it. The technician called and said he was delayed and couldn't come until 6 to 8 pm. Had to reschedule for the following day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
