I called Best Buy. They referred me to Samsung. Spoke with someone from Samsung and we tried to reset it by unplugging it from the electrical outlet. It still did not work. They schedule a technician to come and check it. The technician called and said he was delayed and couldn't come until 6 to 8 pm. Had to reschedule for the following day.

Colors seem to be too bright in some situations and the off angle washout is terrible. The store never emailed me a receipt (like they said they would) and was never sent instructions on how to get the free Sling app.
