Annoying advertisement apps and bad remote

My previous Samsung stopped working after many years, but I really liked it. That’s why I purchased this Samsung. I have two main complaints. First, you cannot delete the apps that come preinstalled. They are annoying advertisements and you feel like they are always trying to sell you something. Second the remote sucks. You have to pick it up in order to use it because it is shaped like a half cylinder. If you try to press a button when it is on a table it rolls. Also, important functions like picture size are buried several layers deep and you have to hunt for them. There are other features about this TV that are annoying but I don’t have the time to list them all. I wish I would have done more research.
