When installed by Geek Squad’ tech (wall mounted) the 2nd or 3rd time he turned on it came on with no audio. Turned it off and next time the tv and audio came on. He gave it a thumbs up and left. The next day we turned on tv and again had no audio. Turned off and on several times and finally audio came on. Over the next several days every day we had this problem. Called customer ser and had a tv tech scheduled to come look at. He thought he found a cable that may have been loose and this could be the problem. However, the next several days, each day the tv came on without audio. Tv is 2 weeks old and I am getting ready to have them bring a new one as something is definitely wrong with this one.

I personally did not like this TV, I purchased because of the reviews but the picture was terrible. I returned and bought a LG and I’m quite pleased with it.

My mother bought this TV for me as a mother's day gift last month. Yesterday it decided that it no longer wanted to entertain my 2 children and I, and the screen went black. I contacted best buy, only to find out TVs over 42 inches, must be repaired by them coming to your home. Covid19 is spreading rapidly in our area and I do not want anyone entering my home. I have kept my family and I safe, quarantined at home for 4 months, and am expected to let someone and pay someone to come inside my home to repair my TV instead of dropping it off, because it's an inch larger. I think this is ridiculous and do not recommend anyone buy TVs larger than 42" from best buy at this time.

I bought this TV when my old one quit working while I am stuck at home. The TV came quickly, and worked well... for two months. Then it suddenly stopped working. It is under warrantee with Samsung, but that has not been a good experience. I have been on the phone with Samsung for hours each day for the past three days. They say someone has to come out to work on the TV, but they cannot find anyone available to do it. So now I am without a TV and still trying to deal with Samsung. A TV should not stop working after two months of use and if it does it should be replaced automatically. This is a nightmare. Avoid Samsung!

Viewing angle is not the best. A good deal of white bleed I believe other call it watching atvan angle. The wifi does not connect to my Asus AC wireless router periodically, unplugging and unplugging is the solution.

All text showed up too small for my 95 year old Mother-in-law to read, even though the TV was larger than the one it replaced.
Gave her one of our older Samgung TV's and that was perfect text reading quality.
Lack of more detailed instructions sure would have helped!

Not even worth 1 Star! Have owned this TV for a little over a year, and it went totally black on us and stopped working! Obviously outside the year protection plan. So, Best Buy made an offer to pay $200 for TTS and they'll look at it...a TV we paid $350 for, how generous:-(

Power supply failled just before return period ended. Although unfortunate, was able to return to store without issue, Thank you Best Buy for a hassle free experience. Replaced with Series 8, much happier.

TV bombards you with intrusive ads 24/7 and it is impossible to disable them. While the TV has some smart apps (many of which are pre-installed and cannot be removed), key ones are missing, like Fox (and others). For the picture, if you are straight in front, the color is saturated, move 6 inches left or right and it dramatically loses saturation. Totally regret buying.

Still trying to get TV to work. Same problems as old one. Unfortunately for me, today was my last day to return it.
Can’t give positive evaluation at this time when it isn’t working properly and I’m still doing the 4 hour wait for service thing to try to solve the problems
