    I guess it’s decent was only $350. Some shows and sports screen jutters. Picture is just ok.

      The NU7 series comes with Auto Motion Plus, a feature designed to eliminate blur and judder on an LED TV, specifically in fast moving images. It does so by taking a 30-fps signal and adding in additional frames to help smooth out any blur or judder between frames – this is called interpolation.

      Here is the step-by-step guide to change Auto Motion Plus settings:
      1) With the TV powered on, press the Home button on the Samsung remote to open the Home screen

      2) Then select Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Auto Motion Plus
      Note: This option may not be visible initially. Continue scrolling through the Expert Settings Menu to locate Auto Motion Plus

      3) Then Select Auto Motion Plus again, and you will see the following three options:
      a) Off: Auto Motion Plus will always be off
      b) Auto: Auto Motion Plus will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      c) Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used

      4) By selecting the Custom option, you can further access these advanced settings:
      a) Judder Reduction: Use the directional keys on the remote to adjust the Judder setting.
      b) LED Clear Motion: Select to turn On/Off

    Bought this TV in May 2019 and it died on us yesterday (1-24-2021). Couldn't believe it. Do not have a warranty so I guess we will be buying another TV. Terribly disappointed. Now I'm unsure whether to buy another Samung TV to replace.

    Tv died a week after return to best buy date ended. It was working fine speed was nice prior to it not starting suddenly. After working with main company it has been repaired with cost paid by myself as I did not purchase coverage. And it is working fine again for the last four week's. Hope it lasts.

    This thing has been buggy from the start and just stopped working all together. You have picture for about five seconds, then it goes dark no matter what device you plug in or what port you try using.

    Worse purchase by far . I bought the tv open box . It said came with a control and the tv stand . But I did not come with either one . I did not want to go thought the return process so I had to spend more money on a new control and tv stand .

    The video clarity is decent enough, The Samsung operating system is easy enough to figure out but the audio quality isn't great and that's a breaker deal for me. Suggestion, pay a little extra for a TV with better picture quality and better audio

    Drops wireless and will not reconnect. I am writing this review through my wireless - my PC has no problem connecting. Our iPhones are connected and working on wireless. The Roku connected to the NOT smart TV is getting Netflix just fine. I have set up this TV and connected to wireless 3 times since I purchased it. Once it drops, it will not reconnect and tells me there is a network error. The network error is on the receiving end. I'll be returning this piece of dung!

    worked fine for 13 months, then a line formed across the screen. The picture above the screen was fine, but the 3/4ths of the screen below the line was blurry. Of course, it was 1 month out of warranty.

    TV was damaged. Looked like a Fork lift or something had pierced the box and damaged the TV. We had opened it for the ACC tournament in Greensboro and the TV was all busted up in upper right corner from the rear view. Tried to return it to Best Buy in Hilton Head 7 days after opening the box. They would not take it back. They said that it was past the 14 day return period and that they were not the store that sold it. The TV was a return replacement for one we bought for our Super Bowl party that quit working right before Super Bowl started. Best Buy doesn't have to worry about us any more.

    This tv had bad back lighting and the colors were very muted. Tried adjusting the settings several times but ultimately returned it for the more expensive Sony.

    We aren’t at all happy with the TV. We thought Samsung was a good product. Color fades out when viewing from the sides. I will return to Best Buy next week regarding this matter.

    Bought Samsung TV becusae I have Smartthings and Samsung TVs have great treputaytion. However, this has buggy software, constantly reboots and freezes. Am ready to buy a Roku

    Always pleased with Samsung produts, but this item is not up to par. TVerizon had to install an updated HD set-top box which arrived via UPS after a long delay. The screen images are dim and have poor contrast. Very, very disappointed. Perhaps Sony soon for a good denroom TV.

    I would not purchase again. TV started turning in and off independently. I looked up issue on the internet and other customers have experienced the same. Best Buy did issue a refund which I was thankful for but it was a big inconvenience taking it back and setting and hooking up the new tv. It was NOT a Samsung!
