    This is the first smart tv I bought and I will never buy it again. Every device in my home except this one streams the only app I have and it is so annoying. Samsung is a good product just not thrilled with rhus tv.

    bought tv brought home tried to set up and screen would just flicker ..take it back manager laughs and says work fine for us we just turned it out ..Like I pointed out takes 10mins of run time to start flickering they didnt care said would resell tv ..buyer beware

    I purchased 2 years ago and half the screen has gone dark. It seems to me, a product should last more than 2 years and should have a warranty more than 1 year. I will not purchase a Samsung again.

    I bought this tv online and had it shipped. When I got it the box was opened but was taped shut. The tv inside was totally in pieces literally. Never saw anything like it. I had to drive to best buy and return it.

    The sound was not good and the picture started fading on one side of the screen about a year and a half after purchase. I liked the remote though. It was easy to use.

    1 week later and both me and my wife (who is a IT Technician) still cant understand the low quality of the technology. Our Samsung Smart Tv is not so smart lol

    The delivery was 1/6/20 and the staff returned it with the understanding I would be credited back to the credit card I purchased it on. I’m still looking forward to seeing the credit.

    I hate samsung tv now I bought two samsung tv and both stopped working thanks God I put insurance in the 7 series and they took my tv and turning me around like a ball.
