Upgraded from a 6 year old Samsung 40" 720p. This TV has a great picture with vivid colors and deep blacks. The Smart TV features are easy to use. The remote has dedicated buttons for Netflix and Prime Video that makes it very easy to access. We have been using an Apple TV to watch Netflix and Prime Video and now it's built into the TV. Performance of the Smart TV apps is good but there is a slight delay compared to the Apple TV. Overall I'm very happy with this TV. Great value for the price.

Bought it open box, in satisfactory condition. It was supposed to come with everything needed to make it functional. When I went to pick it up, there was no box, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap. It was missing the stand pieces and the remote. It did have a power cord. I don't think having a TV laying on the table that you can't turn on counts as "functional". My previous tv that died was a Samsung, so luckily the remote worked for the new tv. Other than that, the tv is super sweet, awesome picture. Only issue, on the standard settings, the grass on 2005 baseball game reruns looks like a hot green highlighter.

My Samsung tv is great, and Best Buy has them at really good prices. Great picture, sound is adequate, and it's easy to use

I decided to ditch my cable box, cut cost and go with YouTube TV so I was in the market for a device for my bedroom that came with YouTube TV installed. I decided that this bad boy boy will do the job. To my astonishment I got a lot more than I had anticipated. Apple TV, Amazon and Hulu all came pre-installed. Now i have just have one equipment that can access all the media outlets I subscribe to. Oh, and the picture and sound quality are not a let down at all.

I like the picture quality and the size is just right for my room size. Slim fit so not bulky at all. Easy to set-up.

I didn’t realize how bad our old TV was until we got this one. Picture is very sharp. And it’s light! Easily hung on the wall.

Needed a mid-size TV to replace our dying one, which wasn't a smart TV. We love the smart TV features (especially being able to control everything from the TV's remote, rather than having to switch between the cable remote and the TV remote), which were easy to set up (easier if you use the mobile app, by the way). The picture quality seems to be very good (we didn't care about having an ultra-high quality for sports). My only criticism is the relatively low number of inputs for connecting other devices like the cable box, game console, soundbar, and DVD player. We would have had to pay a lot more to get a TV with more inputs.

For the price, it's great. Plus it helps that I can use it with my phone of the same brand, and it looks great too!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter for her first apartment. Since she uses cord cutting services like Amazon Prime and Netflix for TV watching this TV has a large variety of built in apps including Disney plus and Apple TV plus. - easy setup - large amount of easily installed apps - mobile phone app integration - very good UHD and full HD video quality - recommend sound bar vs built in speakers. - supports ARC for single remote control use with Soundbar (on/off, volume)

Bought this for home gym. It offers great picture quality and is quite light, so east to mount. Good input flexibility too.
