I live this TV. Picture quality is amazing and built in apps make streaming a breeze. However- the remote is very narrow and awkward to use. It’s my only complaint!

This is our first 4K, we really like most of the samsung products. We bought it to replace a smaller TV in our bedroom. There is no lagging with sports and action viewing, the picture is amazing, details are excellent. You can see so much more details like fine hair, facial features and so much more. We are really impressed and satisfied. The price was great too.

One thing I should have thought about was asking if my current TV stand would work with this. It does not. I have one that has mounts on it that allow the TV to sit on it. (It would take too long to describe) This has tables stands that I ended up useing and you can only (it seems) mount it to a wall... not much else. As far as a TV, it's better quality than the (3 year old)4k Sony I traded up from Getting it setup, I had some issues... default is good, but I ended up tweaking them for my eyes and general setup Over all, a good TV... I might have gone with the bigger one knowing now I would just use the stands..

Many features on this SMART TV. The UHD feature shows a crystal clear picture for viewing. At times you may need to switch between the cable (Xfinity) remote and the Samsung tv remote to access certain features. The feet are on each end of the TV vs a middle stand like my older model so my rotating tv stand was too short for this tv. Be sure to Measure the width of the feet if you plan to sit it on a dresser or tv stand. Happy with this purchase.

The tv is great. I didn't give 5 stars because the so called manual doesn't tell you anything! Luckily my neighbor took a look at it & turns out we needed different cables. None were provided. Same thing with the setup, manual is useless. I saw reviews for this set & a lot of people had same complaint.Not everyone can afford $300 to have Geek Squad set up. I long for the days when you could buy a tv, bring it home, plug it in & watch it without spending hours poring over a manual.
