The set up for the Samsung 7100 was fairly intuitive. The included directions are relatively skimpy, but they are not really needed. The program walks you through the set up and anything it doesn’t cover is pretty easy to figure out. The peripherals work well with it also. (That is not always the case.) Finally, for the money, you can’t beat the picture! We are very pleased with it.

I bought this television to put in my room, first impressions were the picture is excellent, the smart apps load seamlessly. It’s my favorite 40-45 inch smart tv and I have 4 of them. Excellent for gaming as well it competes with my 65 inch Samsung in quality of picture for gaming. Really a big fan of this television, you can’t beat its quality for the price.

This is an upgrade from an old 720p television I had for years. This is my first smart tv and my first 4k tv and honestly, it is just stunning. It has far more than I expected and the quality is exactly what I expected. I am a very happy customer.

The installers did a good job. I could have been more informed by the Geeks about the remote functions. Clean up was good . All boxes removed.

Samsung is the best tv on the market. This tv is good, good picture, good sound, sleak design however i wanted a 120 hrtz tv this is only 60 hrtz, before i bought this i called Samsung and they said oh it can go to 120 hrtz (wrong). For those who dont know what hrtz do the higher the hrtz the better the picture. Now a days hrtz isnt on the box or descriptions. Salesman say its 120 but its not there looking at the motion rate which is not the hrtz. Overall good tv though

It’s only need a few weeks and so far it’s got a great picture. Sound is terrible but who uses the tv speakers anymore anyway. There is a lag in the apps with the voices bs the lips moving and I got tired of turning it off and on to reset it. I hooked my fire tv up to it because I like their platform better anyway. The picture quality is top notch though.

Good picture out of the box without adjustments. The only downside for me is the internet function and remote is difficult.

The picture comes in clear and the apps make it easy to use YouTube TV.

It's a great TV. Mainly used as a computer monitor. Makes all my 4k games and movies look amazing. The Samsung line of TVs is the only one that out of the box requires no screen adjustment to be used as a monitor for PC gaming. It runs a bit warmer than the others of its size and type (screen gets very warm) , but that's its only real down side.

I am coming from an 8 year old screen, so my experience with 4K started with this TV. First off, turn off all the “Smart” picture features off, and play around with the settings to get a good picture. Samsung really went wild with the tech and it makes things look a little wonky. Second, HDR isn’t on by default for some reason make sure you turn this on or else you are missing out on one of the main features on the box. It looks great and is great value for the price.
