The tv keeps losing its connection to my WiFi. After researching this on Google, I found out this is a very common problem for this TV. I am shocked Best Buy would continue to sell this until Samsung fixed the problem. Also, the remote is the absolute worst I have ever used. The buttons don’t lite up to see in the dark and the buttons are so crowded and unintuitive the I keep hitting he wrong buttons and sending the TV into a different mode. I should have purchased a different TV. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

This was cheaper than purchasing two 27" monitors for use with a Macbook Pro. A screen this large is not for everyone, but if it fits with your setup and comfort, it's a good deal.

I've been impressed with Samsung's line of TVs for the past 10 years. I bought this to mount in our workout room and it is the perfect size for a small workout area. The built in apps are responsive and even outperform a Roku+ Stick.

I use my new Samsung Smart 4K TV as another monitor for my music work. It's great! Wouldn't trade it in for anything... until new models come out! -R

My first 4k, and although most of the content is not 4k it does upconvert Blu Ray discs; picture looks great. A surprising addition is good sound from the tv without any soundbars, etc (I was expecting a small, tinny sound as with other flat screens)

As retirees, we love to lie in bed and watch television, and this was so easy to hook up. WE opened the box and plugged it in, it found our internet provider, and we could watch tv right away. I would definitely recommend this Samsung for anyone.

This was a great purchase in the price range! The in-laws were coming for an extended stay and needed a great TV for the extra bedroom without breaking the bank. This offered Samsung's top of the class quality without going to the Q.

Best bang for your buck. Great TV for such a low price.

When I picked up the tv a Best Buy employee told me to get a sound bar due to the volume baring really low even when high. That’s the only issue with the TV, everything else is great.

Recently purchased this tv as a upgrade from the tv I had for years, and this was a major upgrade. it has so many features and the picture quality is amazing, as well as the sound.

Upgraded from a 32" Samsung TV that was also used as a computer monitor. This 43" Samsung is perfect to not only watch tv on, but works great as a screen for my computer too.

TV has great picture and is perfect size for my bedroom. However has a problem with internet connection issues. Turn on tv and says no internet but doesnt allow me to reconnect. Have to unplug it from the wall occasionally and replug and all of a sudden works again...

Upgraded the bedroom TV to 4k with this model. Nothing to complain about. Great picture, good sound, right amount of HDMI for a bedroom unit. Wouldn't recommend for a family room if you use multiple devices based on size and connections.

Great tv. Awesome picture, got it hooked up to a Polk sound bar. Great pair for my bedroom. Had a little trouble with it dropping the WiFi at first but Samsung’s customer service was able to rectify it over the phone. Great customer service!!

We purchased this Samsung on sale about a month ago and we are very satisfied with its performance. Great value for the price. Only time will tell if its quality last over time. At this time, I would recommend it to a friend.

We could have spent hundreds more but we love this TV and our sales person was great, very attentive to OUR needs and was quick and to the point.

I bought this for a pc and xbox gaming display. The game mode works well by lowering input lag with little change to looks of the image. I think its a great starter 4k tv.

Functional, aesthetically appealing television. So many options and built in apps. If your in the market for a tv I highly recommend Samsung. Yo won’t be disappointed
