Terrific Picture, great value

The pairing process works well but, when you need to switch the audio out- it's a cumbersome process, and several steps to exit settings menu. And apparently we cannot use both TV audio and wireless headphone audio. Why would you, you ask? Because one person has bad hearing, and the other watching at the same time does not want it blasting. So, obviously the audio is my only issue. Otherwise, it was a good choice.

Best for the money

There were less expensive TV's with seemingly similar features from manufacturers specializing in a lower price point, but researching this market segment revealed a key technical issue. The similar but less expensive sets were merely HDR compatible, meaning they can accept the HDR signal without picture interference but they cannot actually display the enhanced HDR picture images. Kudos to the Best Buy sales person who was well versed enough to be able to explain this to my non-technically inclined family member in a straight forward way so that she readily understand how the other sets were no bargain at all. She just as quickly bought this model (on sale!) and loves the bright, sharp, richly colored picture. It was a breeze to set up, including the smart features. The sound, like most flat panel sets, is by far the weakest feature. A sound bar may be on the short list for her Christmas.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this tv recently this tv is slim and sturdy with nice design and smart tv it support dual wifi band so you can cast and the screen and display quality is so pretty great i wish they have a 3.5 mm jack so that i connect some external speakers i am not a fan of the sound bar with you cant control volume thru the tv remote and it has 2 usb and 3 hdmi ports so its a great deal
