There was not power cord with the TV, and the boxes apparently was opened by Best Buy, as there was a clear tape label indicating quality inspection by them. I am wondering whether I was sold an open-box item as if it were brand new (they insist that is the case), or busted it open to steal the cord for another purpose. They refuse to fess up or compensate anything for the situation. Not happy with Best Buy recently, customer service via phone has been abysmal for at least 2 straight months now. TV pretty good, Best But very sub-par.

We are really enjoying the very clear picture and how much better the shows are appearing now. Our last TV we had for 15 years and wonder why we waited so long to buy a new one. The young man who helped us at the Wilmington Store was one of the best salespeople we have had in a long time anywhere. It was refreshing to have an informed and honest person working for you. We plan to return for our next technology item and ask for Rameen....hope I spelled this correctly.

Samsung QLED - My Great Choice.

I was born before there were TVs so it is amazing to see the progression through the years. Wish my husband was still alive - he was the knowledgeable one in electronics and loved to check out Best Buy. This was the first one I bought myself. With your help I think I did a good job.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv for my kid's room there's very little options for great tv's when it comes to size 43 and under the colors are phenomenal but it does have little motion lag but of course that's what I expected from a tv with a motion rate of 60hz now comparing it with a samsung class 6 series the class 6 series is total garbage this Qled Q60T to be a 60hz it is a great tv if you don't like the image lag get a tv with motion rate of 120hz you can't go wrong but will cost twice as much

Very Disappointing

Unfortunately, I’m not super impressed by this television. The user interface is absolutely horrid. It’s slow and difficult to use. The remote is terrible. Picture wise it looks good but struggles with motion blur, particularly with animated content. If I were able to have a “do over” with this purchase I’d have selected the comparable Sony at a similar price and hope it would be better.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

It's QLED, though the lowest rung of it, so the blacks are good and the colors rich and bright. Probably the best picture you could expect for the money. There's much better, but it costs more. Menu options are very limited. If you like very detailed and precise control over your picture, this TV does not offer it. When using as a computer monitor, the refresh rate is limited to 30 Hz, which makes it pretty much useless for that.

The colors are vibrant and there are no splotches of black because the full range is on display. Motion is incredibly smooth and it took a little getting used to. I use this television in a home office for movies and console gaming. With an X Box One X and a PS4 Pro, this is a perfect match.
