Good but...

I had a 3 year old Samsung HD TV and upgraded to this one. Sure the picture was noticeably better however it just didn’t create that awe inspiring feel when watching 4K material. I took it back and instead bought the 55” Sony X750H (for $24 more) which did evoke that Wow feeling. I believe it could be the size difference but nonetheless I am much happier with the Sony. Except that the Samsung tv came with a bunch of free channels as where Sony has none.

Samsung TV

The sound bar I purchased has also made a difference by keeping it possible for me to hear dialogue distinctly and at a lower Vol level than my old set. Sales staff was helpful and despite a glitch the set was delivered on time. Geek squad staff was very helpful with the installation and helping to acquaint me with all of the bells and whistles available on the model I purchased

ALL ROUND GREAT

The picture remains absolutely stunning. It is incorporated into an AV system and it integrated flawlessly and is very user friendly. I had a question that was poorly addressed in the documentation, I thought. Once I reviewed a You Tube, I discovered at least half the problem was not the documentation, it was he who was reading the documentation.

Good TV. Set-up unnecessarily vague.

The TV works great and the picture is very good. The set-up was a bit confusing and wasn't clear on what is essential programming of the TV and what is necessary for turning your phone into a remote. As I went through the process, it wasn't clear what was essential and what role the phone app played. I think this was intentional so that they get your personal info and you establish a Samsung account.
