This is replacing its older model qled predecessor and the picture is just as beautiful if not more so than my previous qled q60. It was a bit sluggish in responsiveness when I set it up but after a few moments that resolved. So far, so good! I’ve owned quite a few TVs and the qleds have been an incredible and worth while investment for me!

I am very technically astute...I read many A/V magazines and a lot of stuff online... I am the guy you want to run into when you hit the Best Buy looking for a TV... If you are looking for a very good TV, not the best, but great for the price... you won’t be disappointed with this one... I bought this for my daughter and she loves it... It took me 15 minutes to set it up and get cable going... After a month, perfect...

Given the regulations about going into stores we were surprised at the innovative way Best Buy made buying a new tv possible. We didn’t have an appointment but there were several people upfront that asked what we wanted, checked us out from the car and put the tv in our car - all in about 10 minutes. Love the tv and very impressed with the way it was all handled.

Love the quality of the picture and the ease of operation

I purchased this TV to prepare for the PS5. I was a little on the fence on this since the unit maxes out at 60 fps and developers may produce games that support faster speeds. However, for now, most games are developed at 60 fps and the TV also has a game mode which should help, I hope. Until I can get my hands on a PS5, I can't report how well this works (It's around 12/1/20). I had a difficult time finding another TV in this size or smaller, that would support a high frame rate in 4k. I think there was another Samsung and a Sony at the same size with better specifications, but they were more than twice the price. Pros: The five different picture modes are great. Previously, I couldn't play certain PS4 games in the daytime, even with the games' brightness at max, as there was too might sunlight in the room. Watching YouTube in 4k is outstanding! The TV comes with several apps installed including YouTube so you don't need to plug in an external device to watch it. Cons: There is occasional pixilation. Other: At first, I wondered why everyone's face was so red but found that the default setting was responsible and easily adjusted, just one time. Other's have complained about this on the web. You would think Samsung's quality control would fix that. Conclusion: Until Sony can produce more PS5 consoles, the jury is still out. As a TV, this seems to work but so did my old TV that wasn't in 4k (and my old TV never pixilated).

The contrast ratio is excellent, also the brightness is great also. The brightness helps the HDR really pop out and give an aesthetic look to games you play on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro. Game picture setting. Advanced contrast for even more epic game play picture even on non HDR consoles. This TV is excellent in every way and was purely made for gamers!

This is my first smart TV. Seems a lot more user friendly. Picture is very clear as is the sound. I do have a sound bar that I use for movies, but TV is adequate for regular viewing. I am very pleased with my purchase. Used Geek team for installation - they were so professional - answered all my questions - I am very happy with my purchase.

We recently decided to upgrade the quality of our Samsung TV. Our former TV was working fine, but we wanted a comparably sized TV that fit in our TV nook to take advantage of the technology improvements made in this industry in the last 6 years. The Samsug QLED Q60 Series was the Tv we choose. It delivers a sharper picture with much more clarity.

Awesome Television, superb picture quality, easy setup

I had a 40" Samsung full HD set that is now about 12 years old and since I had updated my PC and Laptop to have 4K monitors and it was easy to see the difference even though the PC screens were smaller. After a lot of research I settled on this as I was limited in size with the room it was going in and have been very happy with the upgrade.
