Excellent Picture but Poor Sound...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a huge Samsung tv fan. Would have rated this tv a 5 out of 5 instead of 3 out of 5 if it wasn't for the poor sound quality on it. Have had Philips, Sony, and LG in the past... Nothing compares to the picture quality & clarity of a Samsung tv. Simply love my current 55" Samsung HD tv - picture and sound. So... Decided to purchase a slightly larger size Samsung (43" Samsung QLED) to take the place of an existing, older 40" Samsung. Picture on the 43" Samsung QLED is dynamite. Couldn't be happier. However, the sound on it is not good, to say the least. What a disappointment. Have to turn the volume up to 30, 40, 50, 60, etc... out of 100 in order to hear what is being said. Contrast that to my 55" Samsung where you have the volume at 10, 12, 17, 20, etc... out of a 100 and it's booming. Going to have to purchase a Soundbar to pair with this 43" QLED... If the soundbar solves the issue - I will keep it, if not... Going to return it.

Look and think twice!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll get to the point. I own the 2019 q60R version of this TV. I bought this thinking it would be just as good if not better. I was WRONG! While this is a good TV and barely above average, it is not a great one. Samsung has cheapened this up so much, with a downgraded image processor (Quantum Lite) and a 60Hz/120 motion rate panel it performs no better than a cheaper 43 inch. Being a Q-LED Panel overhaul this TV is disappointing. I am still on the fence about returning and moving up a model line to the q70 series for the same performance I get in 2019 Q60r. However for the money it represents a good value to get into a QLED panel. The color is stunning, blacks are very good, and the brightness of the panel is excellent. The HDR mode doesn't have the brightness to view that content correctly. The image processing is average with the lite processor and the overhaul menu system is slow.

43" Samsung
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our first smart tv and it has amazing picture and sound. Struggled with the wifi password not accepting until we called Samsung support and found out our password was too long. You are limited to 8 characters. Adjusted the password and we are able to stream.

Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great tv very easy to get everything hooked up and running. Beautiful picture love the light sensor that adjusts the picture for different lighting conditions through out the day. Manual is built into the tv so it takes awhile to find if you are doing any adjustments.

Overall I like the sound it gives you during regular watching and when watching a action movie. Need to find a good quality sound bar to add. Picture is great the color and sharpness is unbelievable.

Great picture, fantastic delivery.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really impressed with the picture on this entry level QLED. Even though the published refresh rates were only mid-grade, we found NFL games super clear and realistic. Also appreciated the fast delivery (2 days)from Best Buy to our rural home just before Christmas!

Remote eavesdropper... no thanks!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I must concede to being disappointed with this TV, not the set itself which is fully functional, but rather with the remote. Like all things electronic these days, the remote is set up for voice commands and therein lies my problem. I don’t want voice control and all of the privacy/tracking issues that their use entails. Big Tech has more than enough of my life tracked through their 24/7 monitoring and collecting data of my online life, my shopping habits, restaurants I frequent etc etc so I am putting my foot down with regard to my TV choices! Tilting at windmills certainly, but in a world where we consumers have less and less control over our lives this feels like a small triumph. My Harmony Ultimate One can provide the necessary actions needed to turn the set on and navigate to the program or streaming device I want and that’s more than enough.

Samsung 43" QLED TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am happy with the Samung 43" TV. The color is great if one is looking straight on. If looking from more of a side view, the picture fades. Much of the time the voice is not exactly in sync with the person speaking. However, that seems to be improving. Outside of those features, I am pleased with my purchase.

Bright, great sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is my fourth Samsung TV. I enjoy that the screen is bright, and the sound is good with no external speakers. Smart TV programs work great, and their remote is easy to use.

Nice upgrade from older samsung tv
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This model tv like many other tv's now available makes streaming much easier as many app's are all already installed. The new Qled screen gives very clear picture compared to our 1080P older tv. The newer tv has a 3" larger screen even though the dimensions are smaller

Good tv
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am still have mixed feelings on this TV. I love the picture and great contrast. I do not like only having 2 hdmi connections. It took a while for it to work but the Xfinity stream app is great when it works. The main reason I got Samsung was for the Xfinity app. I use a TiVo now and want to eliminate it.

Samsung quality!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this tv for the bedroom. I'm a little spoiled because my primary is a Samsung q70... but overall it was a good purchase. Easy setup.and very easy to navigate. I stream only, and this works great. even if there are cheaper options, this is the way to go.

TV is great, but what's the difference?
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, this TV is great. I really enjoy it. The features are user friendly, colors look sharp and its bright. It does what a TV should. But, I guess I don't understand whats different from this more expensive TV from the other cheaper Samsung TV's I have owned in the past. I really don't see a difference.

Ok Image
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV is ok over all. It's best for movies I think, especially when viewing the TV from head on. Although the viewing angles are ok, but still best experienced from the front. Here is something that bothered me though. The left and right sides of the screen are a bit dim. I had the TV for a few days and just couldn't tolerate it when considering the price and that the Q Series tvs are supposed to be the better Samsungs. Really, it's something that I would expect from a budget brand, not Samsung. If it's within your budget you're better of upgrading to the Q80. If not, than wait for a good sale or save even more money and go with a Vizio M, Hisense H8G or TCL 6 Series.

Great TV with many options
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from the 8000 series to the QLED and I’m very happy with the TV thus far. Multiple ways to connect to the TV with iPads, phones, laptops, etc. Operating system is best in class with a full suite of apps; their available apps put LG TVs to shame.

Vivid pic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Vivid picture. This was an open box and came with a rca universal remote which was burdensome. We purchaded an original remote online which works so much easier and the manager reimbursed us. In store the choices are very limited.
