The Geek Squad Technician was also very knowledgeable of the product and set up was uneventful, he knew what to do and explained how to operate the unit in detail. Both Store and Geek Tech, and Pick-up Crew that picked up our old unit all were very courteous. Scheduling was on target with their estimate when the product would be delivered and set-up. On Target with with the entire process. Kadoo's to all.
