Poor Installation and operational integration

It was recommended that we buy a new receiver to get better quality, but we were not informed that our old VHS/DVD player wouldn't work with it and the TV. We may switch back. When I tried to log-on to internet TV, I was unable to do so. Shortly thereafter, I couldn't even access the internet or Netflix or Amazon at all (it said there was inadequate signal, yet we have repeaters stationed right next to the TV). The only thing that worked was the cable T.V. Nothing else did from the get go. We don't know what to think about the TV until all these glitches are solved but since the internet portion and the DVD and the remote and the receiver don't work with it and we have had to wait three weeks for someone to come back and fix it, we aren't very happy.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV and for your review. I am very sorry that you are experiencing connection issues with your TV and are currently waiting for a service appointment. While you are waiting, you may want to try the following:
1) First, please be sure you have the latest firmware update. (1460.9 released on 12/7/20)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
2) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
3) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)
4) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test
5) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again.

Bad for video games

I loved the colors and black levels. If I was just using this to watch movies/television, it would have been fine. But, I mainly bought this for Xbox One x and PS4 Pro. The games look great, but the motion is bad. I am used to LCDs having blur. This TV has something different. The image stutters more than it blurs. Does not matter if the game is 60 fps or 30 fps. None of the motion settings fixed the problem. BFI helps a lot, but it also gives you a headache. The other negative would be the menus. It takes a a few button presses to get to the settings. If the TV did not have motion issues, I would have loved it. I forgot to mention one more negative. The TV is expensive at $529 for the 43" version. If the TV did not have motion issues, I would say $400 would be a fair price.
