I did have to call in a warranty claim as the communications (bluetooth/wireless) module went out in mine. Though it was very inconvenient, Samsung did honor the warranty and was very prompt.

Works perfect for our size home and furniture

It is easy to set up and the remote is easy to operate though very simple. We also added a sound-system and that has enhanced the movies and musicals we enjoy. We were concerned about what appeared to be very small feet, but they are very stable.

My only complaint was that I told the sales person we couldn’t go over 50” and we needed the best TV for PS5. The only thing he didn’t tell us is that it does not have the HDMI 2.1 for optimum performance for PS5. I would have got something different had I known.

Great Samsung TV

I have two other older Samsung TVs. We have been more than satisfied with the quality and capabilities of each one. I bought this latest TV because it supports the Xfinity Beta app. It also has good internet support. It was very easy to setup.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.if you want the best 43 inch tv money can buy i would recommend the Samsung q60t, the HDR us beautiful that fits just right with the QLED PANEL, blacks are perfect, it isnt oled perfect but its pretty darn close, the UI is really smooth and fluid, so far a great purchase, would recommend.

Great mid range tv

I typically avoid the built-in Smart TV software however they've done a pretty good job with this TV it performs well. Overall if you're looking for something that's not going to break the bank yet still do the job this TV is worth the investment.
