    I bought this tv because of the claim of vivid, deep blacks, but very dark night-time scenes (eg, what you'd see in horror movies or dystopian sci-fi) no better than a top rated LCD TV at nearly half the price. It holds its own as a TV, but its pricey technology is meant more for gaming than for tv/movie watching.

    I am pleased with the TV, but I purchased at the wrong time. The price has been reduced by $150.00 within 30 days of my purchase. I guess I only have myself to blame. I wonder if the price was lowered before the 15 day return date. No recourse, no need to know?

    Managed to get this open box but would have payed full price after using it. This is a great TV with solid display output. The only downside is the Samsung home screen that plays sometimes when you turn it on, it'll slow the tv down a bit but otherwise its a great tv

    high quality TV. favorite thing has to be the remote, it doesn’t matter if it’s under the sheets, facing any way, in the other room, it still works! my other TV removed you have to face them right at the Tv, it’s old school.

    We went to the door, he directed to a salesman he showed us several models at what we were looking for. We went with the one model. The salesman made the arrangements for delivery. The only snafu was the haul away with the old tv. Everything else went great.

    I had some experience using the 2019 q60 and was impressed enough to get myself one. Turns out the 2020 q60 is a q60t as opposed to a q60r. First off it costs less, but at some serious costs. the interface lags significantly, the screen sharing is less intuitive, the picture quality is noticeably worse (the picture was very good in the q60r), and the viewing angles are worse. I had to return it. Still an okay tv, but the LG 7 series will be better for less.

    Our Samsung was delivered and set up by Stephen Boyd of the Geek squad. Very friendly and prompt. Good service. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends. He put our minds at ease by doing this work for us. Also, was able to get the old television removed.

    Great TV! My wife and I use this TV for our bedroom and it's perfect. The screen is brighter compared to my 65" OLED, but I kinda like that. The remote is beautiful and sleek, unlike its LG counterpart. It's a fantastic buy.

    Viewing angle is horrible. Motion blur is very noticeable. Once you calibrate the tv, colors and picture look better but still lacking. Blacks are black though. Not really worth the extra cost for an OLED at this price point.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

    Always freeze issues. Connection issues wifi/network. Its the tv! Color is excellent however. Yet i wouldn't recommend this particular model at all. Nothing but a headache.

    the sales professional in Montgomerville store was very helpful in explaining the differences between different TVs. He moved away from us to allow us time to discuss what we wanted - there was no pressure to buy. We purchased the Samsung QLED TV. Upon checkout, the associate at the register paid very little attention to us - she was busy in conversation on her phone. she did not ask if we wanted any warranty on the TV or if anyone helped us. as we were leaving, our sales professional was then on register and we thanked him for his help. He acknowledged us and thanked us for coming in. the associate at the register then asked if this sales professional helped us and we replied yes.
