Good TV for the price

Our salesman recommended this model over the one we originally wanted. He clearly explained the differences and we ‘re happy we took his advice.

Great Kiosk screen

It is being used as a kiosk screen to display customer names and order status. The only reason it lost one star is that the screws needed to mount it are not standard, that come with most mounts.

Only 7 Days Remote Not Working

The remote stops working on the seventh day we received it. I am trying to contact BESTBUY. The line is so busy. I will come back later update the review.

Nice picture but broke less than a year after gett

Great TV

She absolutely loves it. Geek squad helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the tv so she can hear it. Very happy.

Good, Expected Much Better

It is making a popping sound sometimes when you change the channels. When I press the volume buttons, sometimes it skips 2 or 3 levels. There are no instructions included what so ever, the online "manual" is extremely hard to use. Sometimes it makes a loud sound, like a tablet or phone makes when a new email comes in. Can't figure out what that is. Picture quality is not as brilliant as the other 4K Samsung tv I put in the other bedroom. It had a sound problem - it would get stuck at a level and would not let you change it. Had to unplug it or turn it off for a while.

No Good For Streaming with Xfinity app

We wanted to stream the news in the morning, after recording it earlier so we could skip the ads using the Xfinity Beta Streaming app. Unfortunately it struggled whether on WiFi or ethernet We had trouble getting the Xfinity app to start or it would buffer at times. So even though it is a model that is supposed to work with the Xfinity streaming app we were disappointed and returned it. We had more trouble with streaming Xfinity with this TV than a less expensive Samsung we tried first. We will probably get a TV with Roku built in as our experiences with an external Roku Premiere + were better.

TV sizing

Above average monitor

It's a big too contrasty and the edges have some backlight / vignette issues but not nearly as bad the the lower level model. Funky deep screws for the VESA mount, strangely.
