Bought new TV. Adam spent about 45 minutes with us going through various features and comparing models. We did not want a huge TV and this one worked prefect.

I have not un-package this yet as the packaging was damaged when it arrived. I am trying to decide if I am going to return it? Are try to see if it works. They have not had it back in stock yet.

This was a good price and immediate satisfaction with the service at the store. They fit the tv to my wishes almost before I could walk to the back of the store!

So I was skeptical about buying this just for the operating system as this is just a bed time TV but the speed in menus is 100 percent worth the 150 bucks

Bought this TV for my Office to connect my PS4 Pro and my Switch to for gaming. Great decision. It’s been a great tv so far. Haven’t had any problems from it so far!

Love the TV. However, I had an account with Best Buy but hadn't used it a couple of years and it was closed. I thought I'd use the account but had to re-apply for what I think is a line of credit. I filled out the on line forms but never did hear back from Best Buy or their Bank on my application so I wanted to pay cash for my purchase but the Best Buy location wouldn't not accept cash because it might be dirty or have covid19? I'm wondering when they life the shelter in place rule is all of the cash in circulation going to automatically be clean???Crazy isn't it. Over reaction!

I bought a smart TVs for my parents and they love it! Got there just in time for Xmas. It took them a while to figure it out but they got it. Thank you.

I took a chance on this TV when recommended by a sales representative on line. I have to say it was worth every penny! I made the best decision and I love my TV.

I LOVE my new Samsung 43" QLED TV. This is my bedroom TV and I have almost all the apps I want in it I unsubsidized from cable TV and just stream.

I have other tv's in the past that wasn't near as good as this 43 inch QLED Q60T by Samsung. I would recommend it to the whole world. Awesome Product.

Need more technical support. Each knowledge in every product you sell. I can find out about the product you sell online, like consumer report website.

Oh wow, I love this TV. It's in my home office on the wall. The built in smart interface is great with this product. Samsung really upgraded well.

The quality of the picture is not the best because doesn't match the quality of Cable TV provider, Liberty. The salesman must advise the customer about that before he buy the television.

Got this at the mansfield store. End up being at a lower price and a year new model, then the open box one i first ordered and return because it was damaged.

Bought this for my dad. It was the biggest TV he could find that fit the space he wanted to put it in...dimensions were almost perfect. Picture is ok, hard to beat for the price.

Returned: Tech said that the Q60T refresh rate was the lowest in the samsung line. I needed a better refresh rate. Never opened product.
