Ordered tv online and received in 3 or 4 days. Tv works as expected. The remote only has a couple of buttons which I don't like so it took me some time to perform initial setup.

This is not the TV I thought I would buy but on advice from my son and store personnel, this was the one I purchased. I'm happy with that decision.

Excellent new QLED with lots of bells and whistles. Very easy to set up and the resolution is amazing. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Terrific service everything was ready quickly. Everything was on time and ready to go. I will definitely be doing pickup service again soon

We are pleased so far except that the Geek Squad had to come twice. The Geek squad appears to expect that the customer should be technically savvy which many like me are not.

Like everything about except the filmsy legs. Looks like it will easily fall over. Not possible for me to brace it to the furniture. Would be better if it had a regular flat base.

I have had this TV for several years now and other than an possible issue with the sound bar this TV has been working great.

Remember to download the Samsung app. They don't really tell you that you need to log in to the app to set up the tv. Otherwise, set up was easy.

Good picture, but not as sharp as some other tv’s. I think I would have gotten a better picture on a bigger tv for less money, but I couldn’t fit the bigger size.

Very nice television and user friendly. Speaker leaves something to be desired, but that is across the board. Buy a good sound bar.

Delivering was very prompt, communicated very effectively and the people who delivered the televisions we’re very pleasant

It was harder to set up than I thought it would be but once I got it figured out (a couple frustrating days) it works beautifully. It's a great TV. Best, doug

Appears to be a good value thus far. Given circumstances delivery felt safe and professional. Time will reveal longevity of product.

Great product but a little disappointed. Samsung does not seem to be including the wall mounting kit and this now needs to be purchased and is almost impossible to find

We are enjoying our new TV,and the service was great. If we would want anything in the future we would not hestate to use BEST BUY.

I like it because I don’t need to pay for a box to the cable I can use the apps and that’s it I can see all the channel good screens
