There is an adjustment available under settings, but the best that does is get it close, and then it changes again when channels change or with new input. You would think a smart tv would be smart enough to have the sounds people make when they are talking match their mouths, but this one sure doesn't seem to be able to figure it out! Very disappointing, and I waited to long to send it back.

I am sorry that you are having audio sync issuew tih your Q60T TV.
Please try these steps:
Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Pass-Through
