We bought this to replace a Vizio 4K that we had for over 6 years and it was great right up to the minute it died. Literally was working one minute and the screen went black after about 2 minutes of multiple colors and screen scatter. Anyway we needed a new television and we spent a bunch of time looking for a replacement and found this one. It was in stock at the local store and after setting it up that night with the new Samsung soundbar and replacing an old Onkyo home theater setup with multiple speakers we have been blown away by the picture and the sound. Honestly we could not have asked for a better purchase and help being sure that it was the right one for our family.

Very easy to set up and use. The colors are brilliant and the sound is great. Very easy for me to use with one remote that is very well marked. it is the perfect size for the space I have.

Very happy with this purchase. Found it in the returned product area. After talking to the Best Buy person, I purchased the unit. I noted that I've always had good results purchasing items that others have returned. At first, it was a struggle, as it didn't have the dedicated remote. The Internet solved that. It may be because of no remote initially, I initially struggled with the menu system. Although it has Roku built in, I had an extra Roku and it really simplified things for me (since I used all Roku and am used to it). The picture is exceptional. Sound is decent for a small room. Did not take it back!

Great picture, ease of use and slim profile. Bought TV for Master bedroom and it is the perfect size for the application. The biggest downside in my opinion is that it doesn't support multi channel PCM audio pass through.

Great Deal for the TV, I got the 43" because of the size it needed to go into. Will definitely buy the bigger screen size for my next big screen purchase. The setup and ease of use is amazing

Quick setup, excellent 4k picture from 4k source. This is an awesome TV. Simple setup. Beautiful picture. The picture clarity is unbelievable. Buy it and you will not regret it.

Great TV overall. Good image quality, good audio quality, and easy to use apps with the Tizen OS Apps. A bit pricey but image quality is worth it and good for a smaller room.

Great picture and great sale price for full featured tv. Unfortunately doesn’t work consistently to turn on from Alexa. Remote left/right/up/down circle and central ok button are hard for my elderly mother to operate.

So far everything has worked fine. We upgraded from a 2009 32 inch Samsung and the difference is amazing. Colors are great and the smart TV functionality is great

Bought this at a great price - what a beautiful picture! The color and clarity are great. Bought a sound bar last night to pair with the TV. Should be a perfect setup!

Picture quality is excellent, but fades at greater viewing angles. Best remote of any TV I have ever owned. I use an Nvidia Shield to stream and one remote handles everthing! Very simple and intuitive to use!

Samsung makes the best 4K TVs on the market today. The operating software, easy setup, apps available on the device, etc make this a no-brainer.

Excellent purchase! The picture is just outstanding and the sound is pretty amazing. Has bluetooth which is a big plus for me. Very easy for me to set up use.

Great overall. Smart tv is the way to go, no cable box needed. Picture is great and able to mirror my phone apps with rv, which I love for my workout apps.

I am using this TV for mixed purposes, including as a computer monitor for limited purposes. Whether watching TV, Movies, or Presentations, picture is clear, without tearing or washout. Refresh rate is sufficient for all purposes, including console-based games. I can’t comment on speaker sound, as I use external speakers. The only complaint, and a minor one at that, was that the initial set up was a bit difficult as there were some issues with synchronization between the phone app and the TV. A one time annoyance and minor at that. I’d buy again, no question.

Tv is amazing very easy to use . It’s fast - this is the only Smartv that I will buy ! I had a Vizio and the apps are a pain to install - this is easy to use

I've only had this TV for 3 weeks and so far it works great! Was a little sceptical at first about ordering a brand new TV online but the whole delivery process was smooth and up to date. The price for the TV alone was up there compared to the other TVs that were on sale for a lower price, but I had also purchased a soundbar (which also works great by the way!) And a 2 year protection plan to go with it so it was worth the buy. The picture and color look amazing and the apps are easy to use and Alexa is so much fun to use!! I am glad with my purchase, and would recommend this TV to anyone looking for a good TV.
