    Worst bestbuy ever

    I had to make a police report and spend 3 hours of my time on calls in order to recieve my package. The driver they sent to deliver literally stole my tv. I was offered no compensation for dealing with this. Would not order from this company unless you enjoy wasting your time

    Picture Freezes When Watching Live TV

    I have had this tv for a couple of weeks and the picture keeps freezing when watching live TV, but the audio is still working. I have to turn the TV on and off to fix it. I've called support, and they were very nice. I had to update back to factory settings and it worked fine for a few days and now it's doing the same thing, so that's why I'm leaving this review.

    Bad Choice

    Thinking about returning it. It was not a good choice. It changes channels on it own and goes out, to much buffering

    Didn’t like it so I returned it. For a smart tv they sure made it very unuser friendly for those who aren’t very techno savvy.

    Hello All This Samsung is Trash Poor image quality Even though it’s for my garage….. but you get what you pay for.

      First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
