Bad Choice

Picture Freezes When Watching Live TV

I have to turn the TV on and off to fix it. I've called support, and they were very nice. I had to update back to factory settings and it worked fine for a few days and now it's doing the same thing, so that's why I'm leaving this review.

Worst bestbuy ever

The driver they sent to deliver literally stole my tv. I was offered no compensation for dealing with this. Would not order from this company unless you enjoy wasting your time

Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, and review these key settings:
Picture Clarity Settings
• Off: Disables all motion enhancement
• Auto: Automatically adjusts motion clarity based on content
