Love this tv. Looks great & was easy to set up. The only downfall so far is that when displaying videos from a smart phone there is a noticeable lag. For example, the tv is a bit slower than the phone.

This TV is close to perfection. My only complaint is the volume level on the apps (vudu, Netflix, Amazon, etc.) Is low. I have to turn the volume up on my sound plate to nearly maximum volume to hear it. Other than that it's a fantastic television. If anyone knows a fix for this problem I'd greatly appreciate it.

I purchased this TV during a deal of the day promotion, and I have no regrets. It has great picture quality, features, and the price was unbeatable.

I'm not experienced smart tv user and still learning stuff, my screen set up is not good enough yet - still looks like some MOM set it up - which is true. Anyway I have most of the apps I want up and running so I'm learning. Picture and sound are good!

TV has great color and it's a smart tv so no need to get any extra boxes. I definitely recommend it. I will be buying one more this year.

Great picture, however I would prefer for the refresh to be faster and for the upscaling to work a little better but overall I'm pleased with the tv especially when I'm playing video games.

Great picture and was easy to set up after purchasing this TV. Glad I purchased the 4K unit. clear and perfect size for the room it is in.

We had been TV shopping and we were just looking for a 48 - 50 in TV...originally we didn't care if it was a 4K Ultra TV. Then we went and looked at the TVs in person and saw the picture difference. The picture quality on the 4K Ultra was amazing. We shopped around and found it on-sale for a great price at Best Buy and bought it (purchased March 2016)! Great TV - easy to setup, we use Netflix on it regularly in addition to using it with our DirectTv receiver. Great picture quality - no issues! Glad we chose this for our TV!

the motion activation seems slow and choppy at times like slow motion

Very good deal for the price. Perfect picture quality. Only issue is it don't have bluetooth feature, so you cannot connect the Bluetooth headsets or bluetooth speakers.

I purchased this TV to go in a bonus room and two pair with a Samsung surroundsound unit I purchased from Best Buy. The TV is not too small not too big it fits my area just perfect. The wireless Internet connect it with no problem and the updates before with no problem. Connecting to TV to my this network was easy it was all plug and play. The blanks are very deep and a colors are very rich. I would recommend this TV to anyone who's looking for a TV that smaller than 50 inches but smaller than 40 inches

We purchased this based on prior experience with Samsung, and this one hasn't disappointed! It fits perfectly in our family room above the fireplace and offers a great picture from anywhere in the room. Highly recommended!

No connectivity issues using wifi or while connected to laptop. Picture quality is excellent using cable or wifi... 1 star was for the price as it was the deal of the day when I purchased a week or so before Black Friday.

Love the Samsung Smart TV! We have 2 other Samsungs and now this in the bedroom. Fabulous picture. Easy to install and operate.

I have been super happy with this tv. The 4k picture is amazing, the sound is great, and the smart TV portion is easy to use!

We were not educated on the new tv advances but the Best Buy associate explained the benefits of the 4K ultra. So glad we decided to buy this one, it has made a complete new experience in tv and streaming viewing.

had been debating whether or not to buy larger 55" Samsung or the 48" smart 4k ultra HD and have been extremely happy with the 48" 4k ultra tv. The picture quality is fantastic, and the smart tv is a nice feature.

The picture quality of bluray movies is excellent! The tv stations are good, especially when you're in "sports mode". Unfortunately the cable boxes are not ready for any 4k updates to maximize tv picture quality.

Got this at a black Friday price. Replacing my 37" Samsung. Have been very satisfied with the TV. There is a definite learning curve to the smart hub and the documentation is not great. Other than that .....

i was very pleased that my tv was delivered by Best Buy a day earlier than promised. the unit is very light and easily wall mounted on our Sanus tv mount.the picture was very nicely adjusted for color etc. right out of the box. the unit was easy to set up and connect to our Netgear router and the internet. tech support was quuickly available to answer a question about connectivity to our Marantz receiver. a very good choice for great picture and all the new bells and whistles.
