This tv was easy to set up and surprisingly light.

I researched all brands, sizes, abilities and reviews before deciding to purchase this TV. I was so excited to have so many abilities within one unit. I was a bit apprehensive about the all of the new 4 k tv's as I had seen some odd unpleasant TV images that I later learned were the weird "soap opera" effect. I learned there were ways to avoid this within the settings and this set was highly rated. Well, I CAN'T BE MORE HAPPY!!! This set is awesome!! It is very quick and easy to set up! The picture is PERFECT right from the box, and I haven't had to change the settings at all! Please note that this model DOES NOT have Bluetooth. It becomes included in the models a step up from this one.I When desiring to put some speakers by my bed, I couldn't figure out how to do that easily. I called the Sàmsung Customer Service phone number on a Saturday just in case they made agents available on weekends and I was immediately connected to a very helpful technician! This Sàmsung TV is fantastic! Quality,&. Customer Service are great,it's easy to set up, and the manual, troubleshooting and How to's are already installed directly on this TV. I think everyone choosing this model will be very pleased with their decision!. Only cons perhaps would be the lack of Bluetooth and remote could be a bit better. Quality, abilities and satisfaction with this TV surpass those minor things. We're really enjoying it!

This TV is great. The quality when watching nature shows is spectacular. My wife actually complained that the picture was to clear when watching regular tv, which I thought was craziness, but she got used to it. 48" is on the smaller side but since my couch sits pretty close to the TV it worked out well.

Tv works great and just as advertised. But only recommend this item if it's for a great price. I shopped around and saw this tv for much less, but after another retailer messed up my order 2 times, i went to Best Buy, got the tv for the price i wanted and done. So for the service-great, but i've seen this tv go up and down in price all over, so i can only recommend at the lower price only

I wanted to upgrade my tv without spending a fortiune. However, the picture quality, while being clear, just doesn't look natural at all. Looks very fake, and the movement at times is like watching slow motion or a pixelated picture. Needless to say, I returned the tv and spent a little more money to buy a Sony.

I was expecting better color but found out after I bought it that the programs have to be 4k as well as the tv.

Excellent image quality, stand could improve. Perfect for wall mount.
