Really like this TV. Easy to operate and got it at a killer price!

The Smart TV works as the specifications listed. I would like to comment on another purchase at the Mayfield Best Buy. This product did not work and I found that they are not interested in having a satisfied client as compared to the Mentor Ohio store were the 48 inch Smart TV was purchased. They went out of the way to treat me in a professional manner.

This TV is great. Easy set-up, great picture, good sound. Love it!

I purchased this TV when it went on sale and I am glad I did. I wanted a UHD TV for my computer monitor and this one works great. I mainly work on spreadsheets and the screen is clear and sharp. I don't notice any keyboard or mouse lag as with some TV's. So far is has been perfect.

This TV blew my mind away like most 4k screens do but the sheer cheap price of it was astounding. The smart feature works perfectly. I have HBOGo, Amazon Prime and Youtube at the touch of my remote and it is such a blessing to watch 4k videos on Youtube especially on this screen

To be fair, for the size I needed, there were not a lot of options without getting much more expensive. That said, the picture quality is poor due to it being 60hz. It tries to compensate but has pixelization issues on fast movement. Also has issues with the "soap opera" affect on all video. No content available on 4K so always up converting.

This was an open item from the store display wall. This Samsung was last years model and they were upgrading their show room and I happened to walk in at the exact time it went on sale. Great find for an even better price, I would recommend this to anyone.

My last Samsung's black or back screen died after 5 years. Hopefully that was a fluke.

This was a Great Bargain, thanks to the SAMSUNG 3-Day Sale back in March. I brought a 48" 4K HD 2180 TV for almost half the price!

I love this TV. It has wonderful picture quality and sound quality as well. 48" isn't the size that I wanted, however, I wouldn't trade it in now. I'm about 10' from my TV and it's the best size I could've gotten.

Worked well for a senior citizen. Had no trouble setting it up

Not as good a picture as expected but better than my old lcd.

I would recommend this tv brand to anyone. Can't compare this brand to any other. The quality just blows the competition out of the water. Can't thank the Best Buy staff enough for helping me chose this tv.

I love the Samsung TV. Works with all my peripherals. Wish I had chosen a bigger one (my fault!). Doesn't have as good of sound as I would like, but solved that by adding a compatible sound bar.

Got purple line (see in attached picture)in middle of screen after few months of usage , Samsung has only had 1 year of limited coverage. Be aware of buying and not worth of buying Samsung HDTV for spending 700 plus dollars. I contacted customer care , they are charging extra dollars for repair. I don’t recommend buy Samsung product. I never faced these kind of issues with previous Sony series. They ran for years.

The picture quality is awesome and it is so convenient that it is loaded with the required apps. It has been 3 years since we bought this and I am still loving it!

I was not originally looking for a 4K, but very happy I got one. Awesome clarity, and looks great in my living room. Also got an excellent deal. Samsung is just a great product!!
