Love my new tv. Great picture and nice sound. easy to set ut and use

Awesome!! Can never go wrong with Samsung TV's .I now have 3. This one is state of art! Great sound to go along with vibrant picture and the Smart TV is amazing with what technology has become!

My new tv works great. The images, color and overall feel of the tv are amazing and the 4K ultra HD element adds a new vividness when watching movies, especially on Blu-Ray.

Quality is beyond great. Took time to get used to. The only weird thing is that the TV is super fast and sometimes i see the movies glitch or jump like they can't keep up. May be because my Blu-ray player is older so may not be set up to work that fast. But still an awesome TV.

This Samsung replaces an 8 yr old Sharp LED. The Samsung picture quality is excellent. I have Comcast and the speed is enough to keep up with the 4K Ultra. Glad I bought it.

This set has a great picture. Verizon did not give me a HDMI cable with the upgraded set top box. I had to complain and they finally sent one. Samsung has a great support team for setting up and it all works well.

I enjoy watching everything on this Samsung TV. Everything I watch looks great and didn't have to color balance at all. There's one thing I didn't like as much and that is the built in speakers are not that good. I use my own sound bar so there's no problem with sound for me.

The picture quality and sound effects of watching movies or songs in this Smart ultra 4K TV is excellent. It has not much difference from 50" TV. I enjoy watching Movies and songs in this TV. I got this on offer from Best Buy for less price than the actual listed price.

There were several goals I had when I purchased this TV. One was internet connectivity. Another was the ability to use a Bluetooth keyboard. I as told that the this TV would work by a store associate. WE. Unpacked the TV when I got home and set it up. Everything seemed to work, except getting the keyboard synched. This TV is not blutooth compatible.I was willing to try to hook up an old USB keyboard, which the Costumer Service people at Samsung repeated told me would work. For some reason the TV "thought" that it was already connected to it, so external keyboard would not connect. The Next morning I came down to start the TV and I was told there was no internet connection. I had to reset the Internet (SSID and Password) again. It had no memory of them. This happened three times. Samsung told me that it was not a Samsung problem but the internet provider's. I was dubious of this a sought other professional advice. All agreed the TV should store logon information for the wireless network. So, after four days of this I returned it to Besst Buy and replaced it with a 50 inch class Samsung. This one worked completely the way I wanted it too. I believe that there was some kind of glitch with the original TV. Another one probably would have worked just fine, but I really wanted the added benefit of the wireless keyboard. It is for this reason that I gave it two stars rather than one. I was in part misled by a busy store employee who really did want to help. The return was easy and nearly without incident (we kept waiting for the warehouse to bring it out after they already had, but no one one the floor knew that. I was forced to select the box about recommending to a friend. On this point I am ambivalent. If I had not had the Internet problem along with the keyboard failing to work, I would have said yes. If you do not need a keyboard and your new TV works fine with wireless, then It is a good item. The picture quality was excellent, and it was — for the most part — easy to set up. So, in reality I neither recommend nor do I not recommend this product.

We were surprised how easy it was to get the TV set up with our existing satellite service. We love being able to show pictures and videos from our phone on the screen.

I got this TV for a great price. I usually buy Sony. Figured I'd take a chance. So glad I did! The picture is incredible Owned it for a few months now and I'm still amazed with the picture. When my large screen Sony dies I will probably replace it with another 4K Samsung.

What an awesome TV, beautiful picture, quite slim and it doesn't waste a lot of space and it is easy to set up. This is my second purchase of the same TV. I love it!!

I bought the tv on sale after Black Friday and I could not be happier. We upgraded from a 32" 1080p and I am happy that I went with the 4K. The picture and sound quality are excellent. I have had a Samsung tv for as long as I can remember and I will continue to buy them.

A little learning curve, but amazing! The picture is clear and bright and we are very happy with the product. Our son has a Samsung and recommended the same for us. We had an old rear projection TV before biting the bullet, and so glad we did. It was definitely time!

It's awesome I recommend to anybody great absolutely love it you should get one today or tomorrow but it's a must-have great for a bedroom living room bathroom wherever you want to put it in your fine home

paid 500 for this 4K tv. Setup took two minutes, connected to wifi and had Netflix going immediately. The picture is terrific i have nothing negative to say about the picture. I will add a soundbar to enhance the experience. But for the price the quality is terrific

This TV has an excellent picture, adapts well to the lighting of a room, and works with everything we need it to. The only complaint we have is the inability to add channels manually when using the TV as an over the air tuner with a digital antenna--it only allows it to manually find channels, which somehow it misses some that work.

OK deal for the money, if you get it on sale. TV is beautiful, light and image is good... However, there are numerous settings and you have to keep changing them all the time, according to what you're watching, which becomes a pain. Plus there's no shortcut to change the most basic settings, so you have to go through multiple options until you can change, for example, sound settings. If you use your tv for several things (gaming, then sports, then movies, then back to gaming etc) be prepared to exercise your patience A LOT. ALSO you WILL need a sound bar, because the built in sound system/speakers is really bad for movies. The background sounds/music are always louder than speech, no matter what setting you have on.
