3rd Samsung washer. 1st one exploded, 2nd one recalled for same reason. Got 3rd one for recall purpose. Takes hours to do sheets and towels. Go to laundromat to do comforters.

Purchased 03/19 and after maybe 3 months our clothes started to get stain. Circular patches. I’ve used different detergents and softeners and that didn’t work. it will randomly stop staining clothes and start again do not purchase! Plus the protection plan won’t cover that because the “machine is properly working” it’s not broken , didn’t stop washing , spinning etc ... I was warned about Samsung appliances after I purchased this ..

Overall, it is OK. But because of lack of water for its high efficiency function, it doesn't feel clean. Also the depth of drum is too deep to reach.

Wash tub is too deep and doesn’t seem to clean deeply. Clothes seem to gently get swished around. Machine is overloaded too easily. Signal is annoying.

This washer is for tall people. At 5'2" I need a step to reach the rear of the tub. Also, items get VERY tangled; a lot of time and muscle is needed to be separate them. When washing large towels or sheets, they form a parachute like surface so that the washer cannot agitate properly. A lot of extra time and water is needed in order to properly separate and wash them, and if the washer is left unattended this can take well over an hour.

This was a piece of junk. Had to exchange it once then after a month The whole darn thing broke. The drum inside was actually tilted and you could hear something was broken. Will NEVER buy Samsung. Got a Maytag and it has been great. My first Maytag lasted 31 years. I am confident that the new one will last a good amount of time. Heck it has already lasted longer than the Samsung.

Washer broke after oen year. Samsung ezplianed that it was out of warranty

My wife and I have been married for 18 years now and this is by far the nicest washing machine we have ever owned. We actually purchased this machine online and never went to the store to see it in person. We strictly went off other peoples reviews so that made us a little nervous. However, once they were installed, all nervousness was put to rest. They are CRAZY quiet. Our laundry room is only about 20 feet away from where we sit in our living room and with the door closed, you cant even hear that they are running and you can barely hear the cycle complete tone that it plays. The wash tub is HUGE. Our first towel load was 14 or so. Mostly regular towels with a couple of beach towels thrown in for good measure, handled them no problem. The machine accepts both liquid and powder soap. Plenty of options to chose from for your loads and even has the steam option if your laundry room setup will allow for it. If you are in the market for a new Washer and Dryer and aren't wanting a top load, I would DEFINATELY consider these Samsung machines. Great quality, great performance and great price as well. Looks good but very bad, you can't set your washer loads it fills water depending on the clothes inside washer sometimes it's not enough water, if u accidentally hit the power button instead of the pause button and then start it again it just flushes all the water, as a home owner wastes of water

Washed great but board went out in one month. Now I'm stuck on the phone on hold with samsung.

Worst purchase ever made. Had to be repaired multiple times under warranty, first time within two months. Still had to be repaired again after warranty at my expense. Terrible communication with Samsung for warranty service. Local contractor who did service was the only positive experience.

I've tried washing multiple loads of laundry but still feel the clothes has soap residue. I just don't see it washing the clothes. Seems like the clothes never flips or turns over during the cycle. I hate to say it but I should have gotten a front loading washer. Thinking I might call Best Buy to exchange for a different one.

I bought this brand new and it doesn’t wash my clothes well the first time and sometimes requires a second wash. Also the thing is constantly on an unbalanced load. The sensors are annoying. I wouldn’t spend the money on Samsung was her again

This is one of the worst purchases that I could have made, this machine is a headache, it does not work properly, and I find out that it has VERY BAD REVIEWS. waste of my money. The worst part is I had it shipped to Barbados. Now what?.

Worst washer i have owned. It does not wash seems to be stuck on delicate . My hudsbands work clothes smell so bad he has to wash them 2x. They have come 3 times to "repair" n still same isues...

I returned this washer. It was all digital and complicated to figure out how to use. Every time a load was washed, everything came out twisted all together. It was a hassle untwisting all items in order to put in dryer.

Our Maytag was slowing down after about 14 years so we decided to select a modern washer at the lower end of the price range and hit the jackpot. We read the negative reviews about early breakdowns and failures, but we have had this Samsung since March and use it at least six times a week washing normal clothing, gym clothes, wash rags, sheets, and throw rugs and it has done more than expected. It runs quietly and takes a bit longer than our old machine, but its capacity is very large. It has just the right number of features for us and has been easy to use. We have had zero problems and can't be happier with the purchase.
