Great Washer!

My first washer was part of a recall where the sent someone to add a bracket. Then I had issues with it. So with no issue, Samsung refunded me the purchase price on my old machine even though it was 4 years old. Their service and the way they stand behind their products is why I chose this washer to buy as my replacement. Works great! Love it!

A month in and I’m not disappointed

Ran the washer on deep cycle religiously due to reviews on similar Samsung models claiming leakage coming from the bottom. No issues on mine. If you are a short person then you may need a step stool to reach. Dryer is just a solid unit all around. I’m giving these a 4 Star rating because it’s hard to rate something perfect but a very well rounded, solid set. Great value for the money. I’ll update if any issues in the future with these
