So we have had it for a few weeks now and let me tell you I believe it’s a great purchase. I love all the different settings it has and my clothes come out really clean!

Love the size of the washing machine! I'm able to wash all bedding with no problems! The options to clean are great as well! Would recommend if you need a larger capacity washer.

My grandmother had a Samsung washer like this with no agitator, and it's the way to go. It's the whole reason I bought this one. And I have no regrets! Laundry is awesome now.

I'm glad that I chose this Samsung washer. There's lots of room, easy to use, large tub and simple controls. So much better than my pedestal, front-loading washer that I replaced.

I like that I can wash my queen size comforter in my new washer. I also can wash bigger loads and I noticed the clothes aren't as wet when washer is done. So that means less dryer time.

We got a great deal during a promotion period. My mom loves the washer. My bedroom is next to the laundry room. I was never bothered by it because it doesn't make noise at all.

Works great! Many different washing options to choose from. I love the self cleaning feature. The ringing tone it makes when the cycle is done is not annoying.

I was looking for a large capacity, for a small family, and this unit with its accompanying dryer is perfect. I love all the settings, especially the intuitive nature of them.

I wanted a Samsung washer but was on a budget, and this has certainly met all expectations and needs. Handles everything from comforters to filthy gym clothes equally well.

This is a really great and bigger capacity Samsung washer. Picked it up and installed it myself. Everything was great for 3 weeks then it stopped dead in the spin cycle. With Best Buy’s policy, I could have just had them pull it and exchange it for a new one. But I didn’t want the hassle. So I called Samsung for a repair and they are really great and very responsive. Could have been a bit faster (took 3 days for them to schedule the service) but the repair dude was really good. Replaced the washer brained and I was up and running.

The capacity is really good, I like that It doesn't have an agitator and with that in mind you can put a big blankets inside with no problem, it is very quiet and it uses almost no water at all. Automatically adjust the water level and it is very quiet, if it wasn't for the display being on, you wouldn't know if it is running. It is true that almos all of the loads take one hour to complete, but at the same time it has a "quick wash" that last 30 minutes and so far it seems to be very effective washing the clothes.

Very spacious and makes little noise. Was able to fit my winter blankets just fine which definitely saves me a trip! I even love the little jingle it makes when a load is finished!!
