Also, as with all high efficiency washers nowadays... it seems there is not enough water to cover the clothes therefore soap residue can be left on them... yuck... deep wash really wastes water... I long for the older machines to be honest!

The bleach dispenser fill with water but doesn't go out unless you add extra water to get it to suck out after wash. Had repairman come out from best buy but have not heard back from him. Samsung had no reply. Other than those 2 flaws the washer is great.
