Very Quiet. Easy to overload.

Called Samsung. Because we did not purchase the extended warranty, we had to wait 2 weeks to get the washer repaired. the serviceman said it appeared the washer was damaged during assembly, which caused the drum not to spin. Since the repair, no other issues. Not Happy with the Warranty Repair Time. With 4 women in the house, a lot of clothes and towels need to be washed. Spent $60 one weekend washing clothes. if the repair had not been completed after 14 days, I was prepared to buy another washer and it Would NOT Have Been s Samsung. I was made to feel inferior and not important because I did not purchase the Extended Warranty (Insurance). Not a good way to do business. Would not consider another Samsung Product.

very nice large capacity washer
